Professional Background
I graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a BSC (Hons) and Master's degree in Chiropractic in 1999. Since qualifying, I have worked in multidisciplinary clinics treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
I wanted a career that combined hands-on healthcare with the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients. Helping people understand their condition and regain confidence in their movement continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Clinical Approach/Interests
I believe in taking time to understand each patient's individual circumstances, carrying out a thorough assessment, explaining findings clearly and developing a personalised treatment plan that reflects their goals and lifestyle.
I particularly enjoy helping patients with back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, postural issues and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. I also have a strong interest in preventative care and helping patients maintain long-term mobility.
Advice & Education
Chiropractic care is about much more than simply treating back pain. It focuses on improving the way the musculoskeletal system functions, helping patients move more comfortably and confidently.
Feeling apprehensive is completely normal. A first appointment is about listening, understanding your concerns and carrying out a thorough assessment. Everything is explained clearly and treatment is only provided when appropriate.
